Default USB Device not recognized

XP Home, usb 1.1 only, system won't support 2.0, SanDisk
ImageMate SddR-75 will not show up in My Computer or
Windows Explorer. It does show in Device Management
tool, but I can't access the device. Device and Driver
are showing as Normal no problems. Could not roll back
driver as no new device was available to update. This
removeable storage device worked well up to this week,
and it still works in my other XP Home system, which also
has 1.1 I get an error in event viewer - Error Event ID
15, RSM cannot manage library Physical Drive 2, the
database is corrupt. Did antivirus and spyware scan...no
problems. Any help is appreciated.

There may be a bug in WinXP. This may
relate... It seems to not recognize
all USB connected flash card when you
are logged into a network. We are now
receiving complaints that not all of
the drives get enumerated for our combo
flash reader if XP user is logged into
a network. I would report it but they
want money to take my call.
