ATI RAGE 128 PRO

I've got a PC with an ATI Rage 128 Pro card. When Windows
XP starts the file ati2draa.dll makes Windows XP crash.
I've downloaded the latest driver (version 5.1.2001.0)
from ATIs homepage. It has not helped.

What should I do to avoid the problem. Does anybody have
a good advice?

You are using Windows 2000 ATI driver, that is the reason why it failed. There
is a specific XP driver, be sure you get the latest XP integrated driver.
