Canon Camrea Code 38 problem

My camera does not work with my USB port. Canon said it
is a Microsoft problem, that the USB port does not
recongnize 2 scanners at the same time. I'm only using my
Printer/Scanner and the Caonon A70 and the conflict
occurs.

I'm running XP home edition, 512 Ram 1.8 Mhz computer
Help !!!!


what the use of having 4 USB ports if their not
compatible !!!
