Can't accept EULA

I'm trying to install the new HP driver version
4.20.4100.430 from the Windows Update website. When I
add that file and then press review and install I press
install now and the supplemental EULA pops up. It says
scroll down to read it in its entirety, but there is no
button to "accept" or "decline" the agreement. Am I
doing something wrong? How do I let Microsoft know of
this problem. Thanks for the help.
