ATI Radeon 7000 disp driver - help

I've recently done a "clean" install for windows XP prof.
Recently I've had my screen freeze when I'm surfing
websites. The error message says that it's the display
driver. Contact mfg for updates. I've got RADEON 7000. I
guess I'm not sure where to go to get this upate?

I've checked the windows update, and it does NOT detect
any updates that I should download for drivers. Any
suggestions. I'm not a pro at this....need help. This
screen freeze thing is driving me crazy.
