DirectX9

Quite a lot of the games now require this version.
Everytime i try to install it,a message appears saying it
has not been tested by microsoft so will not install.
Anyone know why please???

Administrator and it says I need to contact the System
Administrator. WTF! Microsoft's support is extremely weak
and I am ****ed off ! No online support unless I wanna pay
35 dollars ! It's not my fault your software doesn't let
me install what I want (which it is even recommended my
Microsoft)~! Thanks for your non support
