move xp installation to new and fully different hardware

hi friends.
I want to know How can I move my windows xp to different
computers with different hardware.
I mean i want to move my hard to different computer so
that to repair them and i want my hard to boot.
but as you know windows xp does not support new systems
and aBLUE SCREEN comes up.
Please Help Me and mail me if possible.
