Safe mode problem

Default Safe mode problem


I have XP .. I went into Safe Mode using The Run Box and entering
Misconfig; However, the Run box is no longer
visible as a start item. I have restarted many times
and I am still in Safe Mode. How can I get backto the Normal mode?
