Instant Messenger

Is there anyway to track and view instant messenger. We
are using it internal and I want to verify some messages
that are being sent between some of the employees for
security reasons.

Although there might be some type of corporate product out there that would do this, the only
'Microsoft' options for this are to seek a MSN Messenger Connect solution:
http://www.microsoft.com/net/services/msnmc/

or the upcoming RTC Server 2003.

Of course, you could always use some type of packet scanner or similar at one of the servers
that Internet traffic is going through.
