Nope, I think the problem is on my end and probably has to
do with the program. I tried voice conferencing with Yahoo
Messenger and it worked.

Hi Gary,

The Internet Connection Firewall does work with Messenger, but in some cases, it doesn't (due
to some UPnP issues).

It's much easier to address the problem with the ICF off.
