Greetings Mad,
To turn off the automatic login, click the Start Button, then click the Control Panel. Then, click User Accounts in the Control Panel. Select your account name, and then on the left side of the screen, under Related Tasks, click 'Manage my Network Passwords'. In the window that opens, click the Passport.Net\* (Passport) entry and click 'Remove'. ____________________________________________ Jonathan Kay Windows MVP, Messenger Associate Expert http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/ Messenger Resources - http://messenger.jonathankay.com "mad" <madeline@litteton.freeserve.co.uk> wrote in message news:07c101c33eee$81d14520$a101280a@phx.gbl... > why when i go to open messenger does it not ask for a > password for my account?!? how can i change it so that it > requests a password? |
