UpgradeXP tries to install Office

Hi,
I just upgraded from Win98 to Windows XP pro, and am experiencing a odd
problem. Before I try to uninstall and reinstall the upgrade I figured I'd
ask here.
When I do a search and find files Windows Installer comes up attempting to
install part or all of MS Office 2000. We are able to cancel it and we can
open/run the different programs in Office 2000, but are wondering what it
may be.
