remote boot not work

Hi

I created sdi image of XPE.
I have DHCP server and I configured boot file name (option 67) to
"startrom.n12".
I try to boot my client but after the startrom.n12 load, I get an
error message: "tftp download failed".
I have the files ntldr, startrom.n12, image.sdi in my tftp directory.
What could be the problem ?

How did you create the image.sdi file?
Can you show us the output of SDIMgr on the image.sdi?

Also, you haven't mentioned what DHCP server you used.
