canbaby,

Not sure what you want to enable but please take a look at the "User Interface Core" component settings to turn on options you would
like to see in the Explorer Shell.

It's my bad english, sorry.
What I said is the command prompt's menu item :Properties,
I think when I click it there should pop up some dialog,
but now there no dialog appear!

canbaby,

I think you are missing "Command Window Property Page" component. When you check it out, please make sure your TD Visibility option
is set to 200 or lower.
