I also have the same problem, this is what appears in server event
viewer (Server SO Windows 2003 Enterprise Manager / Workstation SO
Win2K Pro):

Open up a command prompt and run "sfc /scannow". This will check for
any corrupt files. Hopefully this will solve the problem you are
seeing...

Thanks, i did this and solved my problem, now i can logon on the
server with remote desktop.
