Default VPN PROBLEM

I have the same problem - I have updated all
WindowsUpdates and I have a friend with WinXP and from
his computer I can connect perfectly. We compared
settings and they are identical. This must be a very
subtle problem.

Default Re: VPN PROBLEM

To be honest, I have this problem from time to time when I use L2TP
with NAT Traversal...

However, you won't be able to use My Network Places/Network
Neighborhood if you are not using a server-based VPN (i.e., have a
WINS Server).
