Downloading program fatal errors

Setup could not find a file on path unable to locate:

c:\document1\BruceG~locals~1\temp\_is21B\Limewire.msi


Limewire error 1706 no valid source could be found for
limewire.

Error 1603 fatal error during intstallation

What should I do to resolve this problem?????
