Default Failed settingprotected volume configuration with error 87


I use ram-overlay
When I use command"ewfmgr c: -commitanddisable"or "ewfmgr c:-commit", it shows that "Failed settingprotected volume configuration with error 87"
What does "error 87 mean
"ewfmgr c: -enable "and "ewfmgr c: -disable" are ok
why?
