Hello,

Check in Disk Manager that the SDI partition is marked as active. Also, it's
crucial that you run TAP from XP Professional rather than WinPE to create
the PMQ for Virtual PC.

HTH,

Hi

Yes, SDI partition is active. I've run TAP from Win2K. I've then simply pointed the virtual disk I've created with
VirtualPC at this SDI partition. Contents of bootloader in SDI partition is:

[boot loader
timeout=
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOW
[operating systems
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Embedded" /fastdetec

I do thinkit's something wrong maybe here, as VirtualPC is reporting disk error the moment it boots from Hard disk
