XP home edition

I have a digital camcorder sony DCR trv33. The CD that
came with the camera shows campatible with W/xp, but I
tried to install the CD and wndows xp does not have the
folders needed in the system. I was told to contact the
manufacturer for availavility, The manufacturer (DELL)
told me that they dont have the folders needed (q311246 &
usccgp)(valueadd support)..Nor Sony was able to help..I
am stock with a $800.00 camera and I am not able to use
the functions.
Is there some one out there that can send me some
information related to this folders and or files?
