HELP PLZ

my windows movei maker doesnt save movies...when i
download movie maker 2 i still have version 1 and it
doesn get updated.and when i try to save a movie i get
this eerror UNABLE TO CREATE DIALOG, i re-installed it
and still nothing...so i try deleteing all files to
reinstall again and it didnt work cause some files didnt
get deleted..so how do i fix this mess?

Don't "delete" files to remove software. Best to "uninstall" from Control
Panel application "Add or Remove Programs".

You have to do more than just "download" the update. After you download it,
you have to execute the downloaded file for it to install. Did you do this?
You said you "downloaded', but you did not mention "install".

If you did install, are you sure that the upgrade didn't work? Did you look
at the Help/About menu?

At this point, suggest you properly un-install whatever is installed, then
install Version 2.
