I was hoping I would be able to play a movie recorded
from a CDR using Windows Movie Maker on my laptop DVD player or any DVD; but it doesn't work. It will only play on Windows Media Player.???? I can play recordable CD's from Ulead's PictureShow 2.0 (VCD or SCVD format)to a DVD but I can't seam to record digital camcorder movies to Ulead's program, which is another problem I will talk with them about. Can anyone help??? Kelly |

Movie Maker burns WMV files on CDs, and then adds a HighMAT menu structure.
None of today's DVD players can play the WMV files. See the CD and DVD burning sections of www.papajohn.org PapaJohn "kcoudsy" <kcoudsy@yahoo.com> wrote in message news:0ec901c34563$9e52a100$a501280a@phx.gbl... > I was hoping I would be able to play a movie recorded > from a CDR using Windows Movie Maker on my laptop DVD > player or any DVD; but it doesn't work.
