PowerBuilder Function in XPE

Hi,all

I use PowerBuilder 6.5 to development an application, running in XPE. I find
a strange thing that when I use function "string(date(2003,10,30))" to get
current Date format, it always return "10/30/03", but I have set the Date
Format in Regional and Language Options in the control panel.

And the application work well in XP Pro.

Why, Can anybody help me?
