Where can I find "Runtime OEM revision" information in runtime?

I set Runtime OEM revision in confirguration, and where can I find this
information in runtime?

Except for a couple of places in the registry, you will
find it in the file WERUNTIME.INI, located in the root
folder of the OS partition.

Can it be seen in someplace else that will not allow modification, like "My
Computer | Properties | General "?
