any update not listed within XPE QFE page?

Hello,

Just a small question to MS.
I already applied an MS03-039 update to my XPE SP1 database in last month.
There is no ploblem with that.

This week I found the MS03-039 update (Q824146) is not listed in
XPE QFE Updates page here.

Is there any reason for that?
Is there other updates not listed here?
