Dua error msg

I have DUA working on my device, but I have an error when the application
tries to install the qfe. This is the message:

"WEUpdate cannot retrieve information needed for setup from database.

Setup cannot continue."

Any ideas?

This is what I have in the dus script file.

I have tried several different qfe's and still get the same error.
