Default My Shell (cmd.exe) isn't AutoRestarting

Using regedit I verified that HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\AutoRestartShell is set to 1 (after FBA, I used
regedit to check the value).

I'm doing a WinLogon build using the Command Prompt Shell.

What am I doing wrong?

Default Re: My Shell (cmd.exe) isn't AutoRestarting

I have exactly the same problem. It occurred after I had to use
Windows Logon instead of Minlogon. This problem was discussed
previously in the newsgroup but no solution was posted (except the
registry key mentioned below - but it is already set to the proposed
value).
I would appriciate it if anyone can help.
