Default Hayes Accura PCI V.92 Softmodem

Has anyone tried creating a custom component for this one? The install CD
doesn't have any .inf files - everything seems to be hidden in the setup
program. I could use NTFILEMON to see what's going on, but at first glance
it seems as though this install really just copies the setup program to be
executed at reboot time. Once you reboot, the real install happens. How do
you force NTFILEMON to start *before* the reboot caused install of the
driver?
