Default More .NET upgrade snags.. VSS and Depends.exe

1. Visual Source Safe

Installing .NET upgrades you version of VSS (which is nice) but it
blows away any of your "Command Line Preference Settings" in the VSS
IDE.

Our build system is script driven and does several automated recursive
"gets". If you don't have the "Assume Working Folder Based On Current
Project" check box checked all your files are checked out to
X:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET\Common7\IDE\VSS. This,
of course broke our build system. It was an easy fix once I
remembered the stupid check box! Not nice to upgrade and change
settings.

2. Depends.exe

There is a newer version of Depends.exe that gets installed with .NET.
This new version displays more information than the older version of
Depends.exe.

If you have the new verson on one system (say your XP PRo Development
System) and the older version on the XP Embedded system. When you run
depends on the executable in question you will see different output
which gives the very confusing impression that the dependency tree is
different:-)
