Installation of USB Scanner

Hello, I have a problem installing the Visioneer XP 200
scanner on my eXP image. I have included what I believe
to be all of the relevent components. After intalling
the software and plugging in the scanner the following
error message is displayed "Class Installer has denied
the request to install or upgrade this device". Here are
the components which may be relevent that were added...

Add Hardware Control Panel
Class Install Library - Image Device
Class Installer - Human Interface Devices
Class Installer - Imaging devices
Class Installer - Universal Serial Bus controllers
Device Manager
Device Update Agent
FBA: PnP
Plug and Play Software Device Enumerator
USB Root Hub
VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
