In Fbalog file there is the following line:

FBAPROCESS RegisterDLL 2949122231 invalidpath:
[c:windows\system32\psisload.dll]

what is the meaning of it?

Hello,

That's an "orphaned" file in the main repository. No component seems to own
it, although obviously you have components in your image that depend on it.
Can you manually add it to system32 and see if FBA still complains? HTH,
