The page you pointed to already lists the files required. Then I recommend
analyzing the installation to identify any reg keys that are being
populated. Let me know how your experiment goes with installing and testing
that package.

I am in the same boat; I need a VPN solution and XPE is not working. Do you
have any results from the testing?
