Peter,
I have seen this problem too. Have you tried adding the Windows XP Visual style and the Standard Start Menu Shortcuts components? I have tried to add both Windows XP Visual Style and Start Menu Shortcuts
and it doesn't work. The only way i can get it to work, is by adding the settings after Windows Embedded is booted up and FBA has run. Then enable "Drag and Drop" and "show run" and so on But I want to get it to work from the Image, this should be possible as MS included the checkboxes? or am I wrong? /Peter "Sean Liming (eMVP)" <sean.liming@a7eng.com> wrote in message news:eI9PtR$aDHA.1640@TK2MSFTNGP10.phx.gbl... > Peter, > > I have seen this problem too. Is your development computer in English?
I had the same behavior (i.e.. "User Interface Core" settings have no effect) with a French development computer version. I changed my regional settings to English, and now "User Interface Core" setting work perfectly! I don't know how regional settings of the development computer can impact on the final target but it does!! Hope this help, Fred. Hi,
I am not sure you have to change your keyboard layout too. I didn't change mine to English and "User Interface Core" settings work fine with a French AZERTY keyboard layout. Fred.
