newbie : ps and kill utilities?

Hello,

I am looking for Unix-like process management programs (list all running
process and kill a process). My target will be screenless so I can't manage
my processes via TaskManager but through a telnet connection. Is there a
component which include such features?

Any help or tips will be very appreciated.
