FAT to NTFS converter

Hi Guys.
We are looking for a FAT to NTFS converter software.
Currenltly we have a FAT16 partition on winXPe, we need
to convert to NTFS.
Is there a way to so this??

there is windows tool convert.exe in the system32 directory. This is
provided since NT4 (or even earlier) and it can convert FAT to NTFS. There
are also 3rd party tools like Powerquest Partition Magic with some more
options.

There is a component in the db (convert.exe): "FAT to NTFS Conversion"

Inlucde this component and run the convert.exe
