Issues like this in the client sku's, not just xpe, can usually be
attributable to the BIOS, though I'm not familiar with that advantech model, so i'm just guessing at this point. Before you delve too deep into it, check the Google Group archives first for PCM models to see if anyone else has dealt with this as well.
