Default How to Change the Platform of an application developed in VB6.0

Hi, We had developed an application using "Visual Basic6.0 Enterprise
Edition" and "Microsoft Access" this Application is Working On
windows98/2000, but it is not working on "Windows XP" we are getting an error
message only on "Windows XP" platforms

Error Message is :
"Automation error: &H8007007e (-2147024770). The specified module is not
found".

Please provide me a solution, how to change the platform for an application.
