Default AOL & Connectivity

Hi

I'm on XP Home & SP2 and have just switched to broadband when I got a
message saying my IP address was incomplete. A dialogue box offered to repair
it automatically but returned a message saying it failed.

Although I am connected I get a message "Limited or no connectivity" from
the icon in the system tray - is this is linked to the IP address and how do
I get another/repair the address.

TIA
