Default Two copies of XP Pro

Through my own stupidity I have ended up with two working copies of XP on my
pc. One, the original, and the one I wish to keep is installed on my 200G c:
drive, while the other one is on my 80G E: drive. When I boot the machine I
get the screen that asks me which version of windows I want to boot from,
Windows XP Pro or Windows XP Pro!! I want that to go away and I want the copy
on my E: drive to go away. I know that this is probably a no-brainer but even
though I am an experienced PC user and can follow instructions, I just don't
want to risk messing up my first copy of XP. That is how I ended up in this
mess.
Thank you very much
