Default toolbar moved?????

My Windows toolbar that normally sits at the bottom of my
screen somehow got moved to the right side of my screen,
and now stands up vertically there. I am so used to it
being on the bottom, and can't figure out how to get it
back there. Can anyone help?

Right click the task bar on a blank spot and click to get rid of the check mark in front of Lock the Task bar.
Then left click and drag the task bar to the bottom.

Left-click and hold the mouse button down anywhere blank on the taskbar.
Drag it to the bottom of the screen and release.

After you move the taskbar to the bottom, right click it again and click Lock the Task Bar, so it will stay there.

All you need to do is move the mouse over to the right
side of the start button and left click and drag back down
to the bottom of the screen...
