Are you sure you don't have some other security software that is blocking
the download, did you turn off popup blocking before entering the site as
sometimes doing so once you reach the site is already too late. What about
cookies and ads, are you blocking as such blocking options might prevent a
download.

If this does not resolve the issue, please try your question on the
inetexplorer.ie6.browser newsgroup.
