I just downloaded SP2 with the new pop up blocker. I got a window asking
whether windows should block "Comcast support"; I said no - what a sucker I am. I allowed it because they are my provider. Now Comcast is bombarding with pop ups & I can't block them! Comcast is not on my list of allowed sites & I have it set on high, but I still get them! Any ideas as to how to stop this or undo allowing them? -- Paul |

IE's popup blocker will not stop javascripts or other active content. To stop that, you will have to set your Security to exclude such active content via the "Tools/Internet Options/Security" tab You might also look in the Windows Firewall for "Comcast support" and disallow it. (Open the Firewall configuration dialog, click on the "Exceptions" tab, and find "Comcast support" in the list, and uncheck it.)
