computer is down

my computer froze when i rebooted it come up system fiel
set up dd.sys is missing. error code 14. i cannot get
the computer to install the oringal disk that came w/my
computer either. my original disk was not windows xp. i
loaded windows xp from the internet

Not possible to load XP from the internet unless you got an illegal version.
Must be installed from a CD unless you are on a company network.
