Default Need help with new motherboard not running XP!

I recently built a computer, it worked great, was running
XP professional. I recently bought an Asus A7N8X-E deluxe
motherboard and installed it, along with my Maxtor 80
gig, 96 pro vid card, Athlon XP 3200+, dual channel 512,
and cd rom. When trying to load windows, it gets through
the blue screen and says its loading files, and then I
get to the stop screen. It used to be a 0x000007B, I made
some changes, and now it is a 0x000007E. I cannot find
that code on Microsoft's site. I am really getting ****ed
because this motherboard is brand new, if anyone has any
idea of what I can do to correct this problem, please let
me know!
