Right-Click My Documents

I have XP Home SP2.

If I try to right click on any of the icons or folders in
the start menu nothing happens, it's like I don't have
rights to do that.
Can anyone tell me what I need to do so that I can use
the right-click when I need/want to?

BTW... I am the only user on this machine so I am the
administrator.

Nevermind I had unchecked the dran and drop from the
start properties.
