XP SP2 now windows won't load

I installed XP Sp2 on my parents computer, now it won't
start windows. How can I repair windows without having
to loose all their data.

I installed SP2 and having a similar problem as you did.
Did you receive any help e-mails on this topic. Can you

Also where do I look up any such replies if they are on
