Upgrade q937774.exe

I have received an e-mail with the upgrade q937774.exe
attached.

Is this a pucker Microsoft update?

OE has blocked the attachment and my antivirus software
has quarentined the attachment when I have tried another
way to open it. If it is pucker, how can I open it?

Hi Russell:

Don't open it, Microsoft doesn't make its updates availables through e-mail.
Use Wndows Updates site to get your updates. Most likely is a virus or
exploit.

Microsoft does NOT make its "pucker updates" available via email.

To obtain proper Microsoft updates, either download them from
Microsoft Download directly(http://download.microsoft.com) or turn on
Automatic Updates.

DO NOT use a link which came in an email to access Microsoft Download.
