Default smaller title bar

I ran the accessibility wizard by mistake and then tried
to cancel out of it without saving changes. However, it
made changes anyway and now my title bar for all my
windows has shrunk (it is shorter). This also has the
effect of making the "close", "maximize" and "iconify"
icons in the upper right corner of every window smaller
than they used to be.

Anyone know how to make the title bar taller?

Default Re: smaller title bar

-Right click on the desktop
-Choose Properties
-Click on the Appearance tab
-Try changing the color scheme

If this doesn't work, in the same tab:
-Click on Advanced
-Choose "Active Title Bar" from the item dropdown, and change it's size
-Choose "Inactive Title Bar" from the item dropdown, and change it's size
