deleted account, but documents are still there?

Default deleted account, but documents are still there?


my computer was recently taken away to be fixed, all
accounts were gone and new accounts had to be created.
all the documents from previous accounts can still be
found but access is denied, does anyone know a way of
restoring an account or gaingin access to these
documents? thanks any help appreciated

In addition to the excellent advice from Sharon, once you take ownership of
these files, you can copy all of the files and settings to new account. The
following article will guide you.
