Default System.Security.Policy.PolicyException Problem

I am running Windows XP at a High School and the school does not allow the
students to save to the hard drive. They are only allowed to run via the
server.

I get this error "System.Security.Policy.PolicyException" when students try
to run their compiled program.

Is there any way to fix this?
